My first meal out in Belize, the rumfish. I had a watermelon rum punch to start. I had expected it to be sweet, but was not, also had a touch of habanero pepper, different.

I was welcomed by one of the five owners, John Sullivan, been in Belize for five years.


Just a hop skip and a jump from where I am staying.
 My main was the special "Pescado a la Veracruz", red snapper poached over stir fry vegetables and coconut rice. Yummy!
